Investigation 03 · Evidence room
The Police
UntreatedUNTREATED. First-pass output from our proprietary coding of the Inside War Lens and the Tablix. Human eyes have not yet edited it. The evidence and chronology are machine-derived; wording, emphasis and judgement remain unreviewed.
Watching becomes surveillance, then collection, then enforcement. Every Breath You Take is the pivot where observation becomes possession — the same act, relabelled by who is doing it.
Case files not yet written. All seven albums (1977–1983) are decoded in the archive; the written investigation has not started. The decoded songs
are already in the archive and searchable now — what is missing is the written
investigation, not the evidence.
Songs decoded: 57
Written case files: 0
